Loan Officer and Branch Manager for John Adams Mortgage Company, is fourth generation in the Real Estate/Mortgage business. Carri earned her degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and is also a licensed Real Estate Broker. Carri ran the daily operations for Executec Mortgage Corporation for 11 years and has been originating mortgage loans since 1990. Carri is experienced in all aspects of the mortgage business giving her knowledge to originate, process and close mortgage loans. Carri Goldring is best known for her personal and professional service and great follow through. She is easy to talk to, confident and has the knowledge required to expedite a mortgage. Carri leads the FastSolutions team with David Kaner and Jamie Verleye.

Mortgage Consultant for John Adams Mortgage since 2004 and in 2006 merged with Carri Goldring and Jamie Verleye creating the “Fast Solutions” mortgage team. David brings a ton of expertise and knowledge and specializes in the “tough to do” loans. In the ever-changing mortgage market, David has recently concentrated his efforts to become the expert in FHA 203k Rehab loans where you can buy a foreclosure below market and roll in the cost of repairs all with one loan! As a Navy Veteran, David looks out for his fellow veterans by keeping up on all news regarding VA loans and makes sure that the VA loan is the right one for them. Lastly, with the elimination of many down payment assistance programs, David has become one of the leading loan officers in the company originating MSHDA loans for low and middle-income families. FHA, VA, MSHDA, and Conventional loans, David does them all!
